Whilst running reverse dependency checks I noticed you had some unnecesarry notes in your R CMD check log:

* checking DESCRIPTION meta-information ... NOTE
Packages listed in more than one of Depends, Imports, Suggests, Enhances:
  ‘lintr’ ‘pharmaversesdtm’ ‘pkgdown’ ‘testthat’

This PR simply removes the duplicates in order to clean up the log.
